Urologic Surgery
Urologic surgery is the term that encompasses all surgical activities for the pelvis area — including the colon, urogenital, and gynecological organs — primarily for the treatment of obstructions, dysfunction, malignancies, and inflammatory diseases. Common urologic operations performed at St. Francis include:
