Kelly Keys Named Vice President of Physician Services

Kelly Keys, RN, MSN, has joined St. Francis-Emory Healthcare as its new Vice President of Physician Services.
Keys brings a tremendous amount of experience in the Physician Services space, illustrated during her time at Lifepoint Health, where she served as the Assistant Vice President of Contracting for the Central Division. Prior to joining Lifepoint, she served as Physician Services Executive Market Director at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, Ark.
A motivated and driven professional with more than 30 years in healthcare and 15 years in healthcare operations, contracting and recruiting, Keys brings a strong patient-centered focus on transformational strategies and growth initiatives to her new role at St. Francis-Emory.
Her work has been featured in the Journal of the Arkansas Medical Society, she has received the honor of being the only COPE proctor for the optometric regulatory board and was also recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for being part of the team that achieved the first Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition in Arkansas. Most recently she has served as co-chair for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Ambulatory Nursing Council, where she worked on ambulatory-focused projects, contributing to the success of UAMS achieving Magnet Status.
Keys brings a unique blend of operations, finance, and revenue cycle strength in tandem with her clinical nursing background. She prides herself as an excellent communicator and relationship builder with both the providers she serves and the staff she supports.
An avid cyclist and runner, Keys devotes her time to fundraising for literacy, childhood cancer, and breast/brain cancers. She is the proud parent to two wonderful children, Tyler and Riley, and a delighted grandparent to her grandbaby, Luna.
